KITCHEN LAYOUT AND DESIGN FOR HOME OWNERS

When you're not sure where to begin with your kitchen renovation or just need individualized attention to bring results, this service is a small investment into that outcome!

It starts with a consultation at your location, to discuss your needs,  wishes, challenges, constraints and budget.  Jeannette will measure and document the existing space to later develop one or more floor plans to consider.  To help you envision your new space, Jeannette will create drawings and renderings with personalized notes for your review, then work with you remotely until one plan is developed with enough detail for contractor quoting. While this service is focused on Space and Cabinetry Planning, Jeannette will help you develop your aesthetic along the way.  Depending on your conversations, Jeannette may include quotes for any new cabinetry, referrals to local contractors, and resources to guide your renovation planning and product selections.  From that point, you can discuss contracting for additional design service, like product guidance and selections, fixture and furniture shopping, etc.

BATHROOM LAYOUT AND DESIGN FOR HOME OWNERS

For your larger bathroom spaces, this includes a personalized room layout and plan, with general ideas for cabinetry, mirrors, lighting suggestions, plumbing fixtures, etc.. It starts with a consultation at your location, to discuss your needs, wishes, constraints and budget, with measurements taken.  This package includes emailed room renderings and plans, designer follow up communications and several revisions until your plans can be used for the next phase: labor & materials quoting and product selections.  From here, we can discuss if you'd like to contract for those additional design services.

$400 and UP

CLOSET, PANTRY, WALL UNIT, HOME OFFICE, HOBBY ROOM OR GARAGE LAYOUT AND DESIGN

An independent eye to find the best products and function for you

There are many companies out there who will design these rooms, using their own products and installers.  In fact, Jeannette worked for one for almost four years!  However, because they sell their own products, their designs may contain some product bias.  Jeannette will design your area using a host of products, including custom woodworking or that custom closet company, and she can help select from a variety of products based on your space, your needs, and your budget.  This service is an investment in your outcome.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION

Before you hire your contractor to build a deck, finish your basement, or remove walls, get another skilled opinion.  Similar to the Kitchen Consultation, but for other rooms, a Pre-Construction Consultation starts with a visit to your location to discuss your needs, wishes, constraints and budget, with measurements taken.  Together, we'll develop a general plan.  From here, we may decide to add Detailed Floor Plans, Rendering Services for Visualization, Quotes for Cabinetry, and Product/Resource Guidance.

$200

1 HOUR DESIGN CONSULTATION

Because you just need to talk it over.
Maybe you are considering a room makeover or a full kitchen renovation.  Let's talk it over in your space, where you might then decide to transition into another service.  
All ideas generated are yours to keep!

First hour:  $100
Additional time or follow-up:  $55/hr

DRAFTING SERVICES

When you need Floor Plans or Color Renderings only, such as:

• You have an idea or plan for a home  renovation but would like to "see it" before committing to the project, so 3D views and color renderings would be helpful. 

• A renovator needs floor plans to submit to a municipality for a building permit or similar.  Plans details are customized per project requirements.

• You are considering buying a home and need help visualizing its potential beyond the current mess or how to make it your own space.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Home renovations are challenging and incredibly time consuming!  If your GC isn't the type to handle the design details, help you choose and source products, manage subs, etc, and you just can't dedicate the time and attention these tasks require, discuss the management of these renovation details with Jeannette. Perhaps she can help.
