Jeannette has been designing professionally since 2007 and an active Real Estate Investor since 2005. She holds a Certificate in Residential Design from Harcum College and is an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer (AKBD), certified by the National Kitchen and Bath Association - the national authority on Kitchen and Bath Standards and Design.

Kitchen renovations are Jeannette's most popular service - where the Art of the Home transforms the "Heart of the Home."  Jeannette worked in a kitchen showroom for over 10 years and was an in-home designer for another three.  Today she works directly for clients like you, no matter how large or small the project.  At your first meeting, you'll discuss your challenges, wishes, needs, budget, and resources, to create a plan that fits YOUR life.  See the SERVICES tab for more information.  

Jeannette is a a factory-direct cabinetry dealer as well, for several stock brands (so don’t expect to pay retail for your cabinetry!)  For semi-custom to custom cabinetry needs, Jeannette has cultivated relationships with several local showrooms where full displays and sample sets are available and product-expertise is second to none. 

As a RE investor, Jeannette has managed renovations for flips and rentals, including hiring all the subcontractors, from agreement to purchase to after the sale.  Jeannette is the one who plans the removal of walls, the conversion of rooms, what to keep, when to close or to add a window, what to replace, when a kitchen gets new cabinets vs. a makeover.  Jeannette can recognize a diamond in the rough, and maximize the design potential on a RE investor’s budget.  She stages her own projects as well.  To Jeannette, RE Investing isn’t just about income; it’s very much an Art.  Jeannette has combined her design and investing worlds as a speaker on Kitchen Design and Trends for a Philadelphia Real Estate Investors’ group. 

With her years of hands-on experience, she has the industry knowledge and trade network required to plan and lead any size renovation in your home.  From the initial meeting clients receive expert guidance throughout the entire design process. And because of her experience, Jeannette has a large network of contractors & trades persons, Realtors, vendors, bankers and other professionals to refer as needed. Therefore, if she doesn’t have a resource or an answer, she usually knows someone who will.

While Jeannette loves her work, which never feels like work, nothing matters more than her family, which includes: husband Kevin of nearly 30 years, three adult children (Michael, Meghan, and Kevin), step-daughter Renee and husband Matt who just made her a grandma to baby Lacey!, three dogs and aquatic turtle “Girlfriend.”
